Today's Smile uses a variety of teeth whitening

options.
Crowns &
Bridges
Today's Smile provides excellent restorative dental
care. If your teeth are damaged or decayed, crowns may
be constructed to restore them back to their original
form. If you have missing teeth, a bridge may be
utilized. These restorations are cemented onto the
teeth and are referred to as "fixed" dentistry as
opposed to a restoration of missing teeth with a
removable appliance or partial denture.
Implants
Implants are an increasingly popular alternative to
dentures, crowns and bridges. They have many advantages,
including their natural appearance, improved comfort and
unequaled convenience. If you are considering implants,
we can discuss the considerations and help you make the
decision that is right for you.

Root Canal
Root canal treatment, also
known as endodontic treatment, is a dental procedure in
which the diseased or damaged nerve of a tooth is
removed so that the tooth can be saved or restored.
Bonding
Bonding is covering the front surface of teeth with
durable plastic to either change the tooth's color or
shape, or the rebuild broken teeth. Bonding is similar
to veneers, but not as strong, but it is a low-cost way
to improve your smile. Bonding is great for children
who have chipped front teeth and for adults who need an
alternative for veneers and understand the limitations.
Tooth
Colored Fillings
Inlays and Onlays are tooth-colored restorations that
are used in place of silver fillings on the chewing
surfaces of back teeth. This approach has become very
popular because silver (mercury) fillings are not safe
and are less attractive.

Gum
Therapy / Shaping
If the shape or fullness or your gums is a problem, the
contours and shape of the gums can be changed to provide
a more attractive appearance and protect the teeth.
Using lasers, Today's Smile can shape the gum precisely
while minimizing bleeding. In some cases, synthetic
bone can be added under the gums to build areas where
trauma or gum disease has occurred.
Orthodontic
Appliances
We offer fixed or removable orthodontic
appliances depending on your orthodontic treatment.
Some appliances are designed to primarily move teeth
(orthodontic), while others are used “orthopedically” to
modify facial growth. Some appliances have both
orthodontic and orthopedic treatment effects.
TMJ/Migraine
Therapy
TMJ Dysfunction is a
popular term to describe a disorder of the jaw joints or
the muscles that control the joints. Symptoms masquerade
as a multitude of other problems such as sinus
headaches, migraines, neck and shoulder stiffness and
earaches. Today's Smile successfully treats TMJ and
Migraines.
Dentures
While we wish no one would ever need
dentures, sometimes they are the most reasonable
option. In the past wearing dentures was the only form
of dentistry available to improve a person’s smile. When
they are indicated we take the time necessary to create
attractive, well fitting dentures. They can’t beat a set
of your own teeth when they are healthy and straight,
but when natural teeth can’t be restored dentures look
great and chew well.
If a person has lost too much of
their jawbone to steady their dentures, implants can be
placed. The dentures are attached to the implants to
hold them firmly in place. If you have this problem,
call us for a consultation appointment.
